Vail Valley Real Estate- October

 The MLS in the Vail Valley did 18 million of closings just yesterday. Seven properties closed. We are still seeing this real estate market perform very, very well. We have 68 properties that are under contract right now. Those are just the ones that are not new construction. New construction is 167 homes: with over a hundred properties under contract and they're not supposed to be completed until the beginning of 2024. In some cases, that is a true testament to our resort market and how resilient it is, this is an excellent opportunity as inventory is growing and there are reasonable sellers.

 The real estate market in the Vail Valley is doing really well despite a bit of general market cooling throughout the country.
